Refund policy

To start a return, please fill in the form: Return form.

1. Return period

Goods may be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

2. Return conditions

Returned goods must be:

- unused and unworn
- in the original packaging
- with all tags and labels

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the goods do not meet these conditions.

3. Return process

Returns are handled through an integrated self-service portal.
In the portal, the customer enters the order details, receives a shipping code and returns the goods via a parcel locker.

Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued within 5 business days after the returned goods have been inspected. The funds are transferred using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.
